Elegy Beach

Thirty years after the Change, the children of those who survived have built their lives on the wreckage of their parents' world. Two of these children are Fred and Yan, up-and-coming casters obsessed with learning the laws of their universe and how to manipulate them.After some success manipulating the science of magic, Fred and Yan split because their knowledge can potentially be used to revert their world to a pre-Change state. Into this conflict steps a figure from the past whose very existence is threatened by such a change.
